Rental Policy

 

We require a deposit to hold your reservation. We will collect the balance in cash on or before your event date. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit and signed contract or rental agreement has been received and processed by our office.


Upon making your reservation, you will receive an email with an attachment containing a copy of our  “Rental Agreement, Assumption of Risk and Safety Rules of Operation Forms”. Your signature is required on these forms in order to complete the contract. 


We accept deposit in the form of cash or credit/debit card for residential customers. A company check is acceptable for businesses, religious organizations and schools.


We gladly serve Maryland and DC. area. Delivery fees will be added for any delivery over 35 miles over the 21208 zip code. Delivery fee will determined by mileage and time base on map quest.


There are many times that we have equipment booked back to back, therefore in the interest of time and assuring prompt set up the balance that’s due on the day of the event is due at the beginning. Any refusal to pay the beginning may result in a non set of your items rented.


For events on State, City, Parks and some Public Property may require that they be named as an additional insured on our insurance policy. We do this usually at no charge to you. You will be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits. We will provide a copy of our insurance policy as proof of coverage upon request.


It is the client’s responsibility to provide sufficient electricity to support the rented items. Our items plug into a standard 120V household outlet. Because of the large amounts of power that many items require we strongly suggest the rental of a generator. We can provide generators at an additional cost. Be advised, that we do not typically carry extra generators on our trucks.


There is no penalty or lost of deposit for a rental that is cancel 14 business days prior to your event date or due to rain or high winds as long as the cancellation takes place before our driver is in route to your event. You will have right to reschedule your event or receive a full refund. But! If it’s not actively raining and you wish to have the item (s) set up, we will do so. Once your delivery is in route, no refund or reimbursement will be provided.
